Job Details
- Receives personalized 1:1 clinical training and hands-on assistance from an RN preceptor.
- Provides individualized care consistent with the patient's plan of care under the direction and supervision of an RN.
- Reports changes in patient condition to the RN in a timely manner.
- Seeks and utilizes feedback from Clinical Leader/RN to identify clinical performance improvement opportunities in their individual work and skills.
- Makes rounds and handles basic patient requests, performing patient and family assistance tasks, as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited school of nursing
- Successfully completed one (1) clinical nursing rotations
