Chat Assistant

SSM Health uses a Chatbot to power our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on many of our job postings and about our organization. You can also use the Chatbot to help you apply for a role. We know that the job application process can feel confusing and overwhelming, so we want you to know you can connect with us to ask questions at any point during your career search.

Video Interview

SSM Health uses live and asynchronous video interviews in our hiring process. This allows candidates to record a video of themselves answering interview questions, which are then reviewed by our recruiters to determine if you’re a fit for the role you applied for at SSM Health. We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) functionality in our candidate screening video process.​​​​​​

Applicant Tracking System

Our Recruitment team uses an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate applications so we can keep your information secure while you move through our hiring process. Using our ATS is easy! Simply create a Workday account with an email address and apply for any job you're interested in. You can leave the process and pick up right where you left off at any time.
