What to Expect

When you find the best job for you, Apply. You will be asked to sign in or create an account if you are a new user to easily save your information. You can submit an application from any device and it only takes a few minutes. Upon completion of the application, you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received.

Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed. If you are selected for an interview, you will receive notification for a video or phone interview. If you meet the qualifications, have the experience necessary for the job and you are a good cultural fit, you may be advanced for hiring leader review. If you are not selected to advance in the process, you will receive an email letting you know you are no longer being considered for the position.

If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the recruiter or hiring leader to schedule a face-to-face or virtual interview with the hiring leader. Some positions may also hold a peer team or panel style interview. If you are not selected for an interview, you will receive an email letting you know you are no longer being considered for the position.

If you are selected as the top candidate after the interview process, a recruiter will contact you by phone to extend a verbal offer of employment. A written offer will also be emailed explaining the details of the conversation and that the offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of all aspects of the SSM Health pre-employment process.

Live Chat & Chat Bot

SSM Health uses a chat bot to power our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on many of our job postings. This same chat functionality also allows you to chat live with a recruiter on selected job openings. We know that the job application process can feel confusing and overwhelming, so we want you to know you can connect with us to ask questions at any point during your career search.

Video Interviews

SSM Health uses live and asynchronous video interviews in our hiring process. This allows candidates to record a video of themselves answering interview questions, which are then reviewed by our recruiters to determine if you’re a fit for SSM Health and the position you’ve applied for. We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) functionality in our candidate screening video process.

Applicant Tracking System

SSM Health uses an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage our candidate applications, which allows our recruiting team to keep your information secure while moving through our hiring process. Using our ATS is easy and intuitive – simply create an account with an email address and then you can apply for any job you are interested in. You can even leave the process without completing the application and pick up later, right where you left off.
