What to Expect
Live Chat & Chat Bot
SSM Health uses a chat bot to power our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on many of our job postings. This same chat functionality also allows you to chat live with a recruiter on selected job openings. We know that the job application process can feel confusing and overwhelming, so we want you to know you can connect with us to ask questions at any point during your career search.
SSM Health uses live and asynchronous video interviews in our hiring process. This allows candidates to record a video of themselves answering interview questions, which are then reviewed by our recruiters to determine if you’re a fit for SSM Health and the position you’ve applied for. We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) functionality in our candidate screening video process.
Applicant Tracking System
SSM Health uses an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage our candidate applications, which allows our recruiting team to keep your information secure while moving through our hiring process. Using our ATS is easy and intuitive – simply create an account with an email address and then you can apply for any job you are interested in. You can even leave the process without completing the application and pick up later, right where you left off.
