Job Details

  • Works in a collaborative, team-oriented environment answering phones, triaging customer service issues and preparing prescription and non-prescription medication.
  • Assists the Pharmacist with entering prescription information into system of record.
  • Maintains patient records, bills insurance and/or customers and resolves questions around billing through the proper channels.
  • Assures medications are available for patients by assisting with ordering, stocking shelves and communicating supply issues.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy Technician certification in state of work location
